Summerglen Property Owners Association, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of homeowners within the community.

MEMBERS

 

An Association is a not-for-profit organization of owners formed for the purpose of maintaining the common areas. The Association was formed when the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions was recorded. You became a member of the Association the day you closed on your new home.

 

Summerglen POA provides community leadership, architectural control, covenant enforcement, community events, accounting and finance, and operation and maintenance of recreational facilities.

 

Community leadership is provided by the Board of Directors and Association Committees. Residents are encouraged to participate in committees that help shape the future of Summerglen POA. All meetings are open to the public.

 

Homeowners are required to submit plans for exterior improvements to the Architectural Control Committee for approval prior to installation. The goal is to ensure improvements remain in harmony with the overall appearance of the community.
